Welcome to the Dragonfy Sword Supplies Site ("Site"). Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from our Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms (the "Agreement").

 

SITE CONTENTS

Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, and written and other materials that appear as part of this Site (collectively, the "Contents") are copyrights, trademarks, and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by Dragonfly Sword Supplies.

 

PRODUCTS

All items sold by Dragonfly Sword Supplies are made in Japan and are guaranteed only to the extent that our supplier in Japan allows. Leather items such as Tsuba and Zori are hand crafted by Dragonfly Sword Supplies.

 

COLORS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All items are usually shipped within 2-3 business days. If back ordered, customers will be notified immediately on receipt of the order. Allow 10 working days from the time we receive your order for USPS delivery. If you do not receive anything within 3 weeks, please email, or call us.

Products will be shipped once your payment is received.

 

RETURNS

Any returns for any reason must be authorized by Dragonfly Sword Supplies before sending them back. Return Authorization Number must be included with your return.

Exchanges for like items are accepted such as colors of sword bags.

Any damage to products resulting from improper use will not be accepted for return.

Shipping cost for returning item to be paid by customer.

If new merchandise is returned within 10 days of delivery there is a 15% restocking charge.  After 10 days goods will not be accepted.

 

How to Return:

  • Wrap your return in its original packaging securely in a good box using strong tape.

  • Include, inside the package, a copy of the receipt, Authorization Number and what you desire in exchange.

  • Returns for credit will be charged back to your credit card for the actual amount of the item(s) purchased less the 15% restocking charge and this will not include the shipping charges.

  • Be sure your package is insured and prepaid. We will make every effort to speed delivery of your exchange. Important: There will be a reshipping & handling charge of $9.95 (not including over sized items o/s) for exchanges. Please allow a minimum of 3 weeks for the return or exchange process.
